Foot and Ankle Anatomy Chart

The Anatomy of the Ankle Joint and Foot chart shows the major anatomical structures of the joint including bones, ligaments, tendons and muscles.

The ankle joint is a synovial hinge joint and the foot is made up of a complex series of joints which allow a combination of movements including dorsi flexion plantar flexion inversion and eversion.

These movements are illustrated on the chart together with the muscles that are responsible for each action.

Anterior medial lateral and posterior views are shown on the chart as well as information about Activities of Daily Living which involves the ankle and foot.

This colourful chart was originally designed prior to ‘the digital age’ with all images being hand drawn and painted by an acclaimed anatomical illustrator.

This chart is printed on premium glossy (250 g) paper. With 2-sided lamination (125 microns) and metal eyelets.
