This model has three parts: stands, implant and crown. The metal implant can be seperated into two parts.
Shipping
- US & Canada: For orders over $50, shipping is free. For orders under $50, there is a flat $5.99 standard shipping charge.
- Other countries: For orders over $100, shipping is free. For orders under $100, there is a flat $5.99 standard shipping charge.
- Shipping time: US & Canada: 5-7 business days；Other Countries: 7-20 business days.
- We will delivery your package within 24 hours after payment.
- The tracking number will be sent to your order dispatch email 2-3 days after we ship your order.
Returns and Exchanges
- Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us in an unused condition within 30 days for a refund.
Anatomy Models Warranty Period: 3 Years
Medical simulators Warranty Period: 5 Years (Injection pads and suture pads are not included)
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is an issue with the product during the warranty period, we will usually replace it with a new one instead of repairing it.
